The 2nd Annual Palm City Tattoo Expo aims to provide tattoo artists from all over Texas, the U.S. and abroad with an opportunity to showcase their talents to the Rio Grande Valley. We are focusing on high quality tattooing, tattoo education for the public, as well as creating outlets for other mediums of art such as: piercing, painting, handmade crafts, jewelry, and photography, etc.
